Payment terms: 50% down payment is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due the day of the presentation. 4% discount is available for full payments recieved 30 days before presentation date.

Expenses such as airfare and lodging are paid by the client.  The client has the option of budgeting (by paying a flat fee for expected expenses), or getting billed for actual expenses.

The General Ulysses S. Grant Houses and The Morningside Area Alliance have formed a great partnership in there efforts to initiate programs that the residents themselves implement through the writing of grant proposals that M.A.A. will assist in, from health & wellness, conflict resolution, talent discovery, day care etc. In addition, M.A.A., will walk you through the process which is doable and fairly easy, all you have to do is write the proposal, in which they give you the format to follow. If you follow this process to the letter, I say you just got awarded a grant.

At the behest of the Director Mrs.Pearl Harris, Disaster & Immediate Evacuation answered the call to get our young people prepared for disasters. We want our young people to feel safe and secure during their activities during the summer. The children shared in this wonderful experience engaging them in the presentation. We look forward to working with all of the faithbased communities to get informed, make a plan, and build a kit.

Our photo gallery displays a large percentage of the community, that is still willing, inspite of the recent disaster in our economy as it stands, are over enthused to acquire the necessary training to get themselves back-to-work to re-stimulate the economy, and by going back to work, it will slow down this recent spike in unemployment that has the country in a financial calamity. This is another area that D.I.E. has focused on in terms of our professional services. These things in our opinion, classify as disasters. We want the community to be prepared for these type of emergencies also.
